On October 21, 2024, at approximately 8:55 p.m. officers were in the area of Elmore Street in Pocatello investigating a burglary. The victim reported to officers that multiple firearms were taken from a residence. Officers watched ring camera footage of the suspect leaving the residence. The suspect was identified as Lexy Davis, a 42-year-old female from Pocatello. Davis fled from the residence and was located by officers using a drone, Davis was hiding in the brush by the fence line on Saratoga. Davis was armed with a firearm. Officers were able to negotiate with Davis and she was taken into custody. Davis was charged with burglary, aggravated assault upon certain personnel, and grand theft.
