The City of Pocatello seeks public comment on round two of the grant application for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing, or PRO Housing, competitive grant program.
The PRO Housing grant application would provide the necessary funding to complete a Housing Plan, individual neighborhood plans, the Zoning Ordinance rewrite, and any resulting projects and activities supporting affordable housing development and preserving the city’s existing housing stock.
