Yurt Information
Come stay the evening or overnight in our yurt. Our yurt was relocated and reconstructed in the fall of 2024! It now sits directly across from the A-Frame, just a short walk from the parking area. It contains all new amenities—new flooring, woodstove, tables, and benches. It is perfect for small scout outings, family camping trips, and evening potluck dinners. There is no running water or electricity. The yurt is less than 100 yards from the parking lot. There are no beds in the yurt, so you must supply your own sleeping pads or cots. Additionally, you must bring a campstove and cookware to prepare meals. Trail passes are not included in your rental fee. Reservations are required.
Reservations
A reservation guarantees exclusive use of the yurt from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The yurt is open to the public for the remainder of the day.
- Cost: $75 week nights; $100 weekend nights
- Season: Available December through Mid-March
- Group Size Maximums:
- Day Use: 20 people
- Overnight Use: 14 people
- Youth Group Use: 10 youth and up to 4 adult chaperones
- Reservations: Make a Reservation
- Reservations for the 2025–2026 winter season will be taken beginning Wednesday, October 15, 2025
