Pocatello Junior Jazz Girls' Basketball

The Junior Jazz Basketball Program is open to all 3rd–6th Grade Girls in the School District #25 area. Teams are organized by grade level and coached by volunteer coaches. Volunteers are needed to help this program run smoothly. Anyone contemplating coaching should contact the Parks and Recreation Office early so they can get organized and set up with practice times before they are all taken. Games will be played at the four Pocatello Middle Schools on Saturdays in November and December. Games begin at 8:30am and will continue until 5:00pm on most Saturdays. Games may also be scheduled on weekday evenings if necessary. Player registration fees does cover uniform costs but not team picture costs. All practice times in School District facilities are reserved by our department. All volunteer coaches are subject to background checks.
