Beginning Monday, November 3, 2025, the City of Pocatello’s Street Services and Water Departments will shift to winter work hours. Crews will be on duty Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
After hours, residents are encouraged to report any public works emergencies according to the following guidelines:
• Street-related emergencies:
Contact the Pocatello Police Department at 208-234-6100, dispatch will notify the appropriate crew
• Water Department emergencies:
Available 24/7, call 208-234-6181
• Sanitary sewer emergencies:
Call the Water Pollution Control Collection System Operator at 208-705-6442
