The City of Pocatello invites you to an open house regarding the creation of a 15-year plan for the Alameda area. Your feedback is vital as we move forward with the new plan. Join us Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Greenacres Elementary, 1250 E. Oak Street, Pocatello.
Area and Neighborhood Plans were identified in the City’s most recent Comprehensive Plan. The Area Plan will outline a vision for the neighborhoods within the Alameda area, which will assist in achieving the goals as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan. This plan will include specific neighborhood needs and recommendations on how the area will address issues such as development, affordable housing, transportation options, public amenities, and other priorities within the Comprehensive Plan. Overall, the Area Plan will provide needed guidance and direction for future growth and development within the Alameda area.
