Looking to host an employee/customer appreciation get-together or large family gathering and want it to be private? Then consider this option. This private time will include facility access and lifeguards to host a swim time just for your group. Outside food/catering is allowed. (The concession stand could be included so mention this when booking if you are interested.) This type of rental can be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 9:30–11:30 a.m. or any evening from 8:30–10:30 p.m.
Fee
- $350/hour + $1.50/person (minimum of 100 people)
- 50% of deposit due at time of booking

Birthday Parties/Family Reunions/Small Gatherings
We are excited to offer an area that is slightly removed from the normal hustle and bustle of Ross Park for a group to gather. This area includes a private picnic area with seating up to 40 and has access to a kitchen area with fridge/freezer and counter spaces.
Fee (pool admission not included)
- $40/hour (2-hour minimum)
- $250 full day (M/W/F/Sat 12-8 pm or T/Th/Sun 12-7 pm)
- 50% of deposit due at time of booking
